Services
Zvuai Technologies provides digital product development services including web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI solutions, automation and cloud infrastructure. All projects are subject to a separate project agreement or proposal.
Project Agreements
Each project engagement is governed by a specific proposal or contract that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing and payment terms. Work begins only after both parties have agreed to the project terms.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Third-party tools, libraries and frameworks remain under their respective licenses.
Payment
Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Standard terms include an upfront deposit before work begins and milestone-based payments throughout the project.
Confidentiality
We treat all project details and business information shared by clients as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
